Yes! Classes combine low impact cardio, posture and core work, and upper-body strength exercises, all designed for adult women. Over time, you’ll notice improved balance, coordination, and muscle tone.
Not at all! Our classes are taught step-by-step, and recordings are available so you can follow along at your own pace.
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Yes. We use flamenco as inspiration for posture, rhythm, and strength. This is not traditional flamenco training, and no performance is required.
