My name is Nadyeska, and flamenco has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began dancing at a young age and, over the years, performed with various dance companies, while also teaching flamenco, sharing its rhythms, techniques, and passion with students of all ages. Flamenco has shaped not only my career, but also my identity, teaching me strength, expression, and artistry through movement.
Today, as a mother, exercise has taken on a new meaning in my life. It is no longer just about performance, but about feeling strong, confident, and connected to my body. This new chapter inspired me to create a unique space where movement, fitness, and flamenco come together.
My dance fitness classes blend the power and artistry of flamenco with effective, accessible workouts designed for all levels. Each class is about having fun, building strength, and reconnecting with yourself. Through rhythm, movement, and energy, I aim to share the passion of flamenco while helping my students reach their fitness goals.
